Deborah Biggs is Human Resources Manager, UK of
Hughes Network Systems Europe, the sales and operating organisation
for the European market of Hughes Network Systems, LLC., with
responsibility for ensuring that full support is given to the
strategic direction of the Company.
Deborah joined Hughes Europe in 1995 as an MBA graduate and
initially worked in the Company's Programmes, Customer Service and
Quality departments before joining the Human Resources team in
1998. A Full Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel
Development (MCIPD), she was promoted to head up the HR function in
2000.
