Engineering and Operations

We have engineering people in the UK, Germany and Italy, while our Network Operations Centre (NOC) is based in Griesheim, near Frankfurt, Germany.

Our engineering people handle all areas of service and network design, planning and engineering, from pre-sales engineering, through to network engineering, installation, field service and customer after-sales support. Our engineers help to drive the world-famous quality of our products and services. We are always looking for engineers who are innovative, customer-focused and ready to take their career to the next level.

Our operations people are based in our Network Operations Centre, and ensure that our networks run effectively and efficiently 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The service desk operators ensure that our service desk supports our customers and partners seven days a week from 7:30 to 21:00.
